Clarence Birdseye, who became known as the father of frozen food, was a man of extraordinary vision, insatiable curiosity, and enormous persistence. He used his unique gifts to develop a freezing process that not only preserved food safely, but also preserved its taste and appearance. Although the practice of preserving food by freezing has been traced back to as early as 1626, and the first commercial venture in producing frozen food to 1875, Birdseye is credited with developing, refining, and making the quick freezing process workable.

Yeah we eat frozen dinners, especially when we can't eat together. Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice are our favorites.

I like eating frozen dinners if I do not have time to cook. I think Marie Callendar has the best frozen dinner I have tasted. When I was little, I was taught by my parents to call them t.v. dinners because they were generally eaten while watching t.v. Sometimes I would eat them while watching t.v., but other times I would eat in the kitchen.
