I need to know how fast my wife has to adjust her status to a green card after we are married.

If she entered on a K-1 or K-3 you will need to file adjustment of status before the Visa expires or she will be out of status, although in most cases applications filed after the expiration of the Visa is forgiven when married to a US citizen.

If you are getting married from a Visitor Visa, apply for adjustment of status before her I-94 expires.
