Everytime after you eat a meal..chew gum and/or brush your teeth, this will help 'snacking' because you need to tell your body you are done eating.

Running/walking is the best excercise for losing weight, as it is cardio. Get into the habit of walking/running every day after dinner, bring your husband/wife or friends, or an iPOD.
DO leg-lifts, pushups, situps, curl-ups etc to tone your body.

Cut down on your portions and eat more small meals throughout the day. Exercise at least 20 minutes a day 3 times a week. Other than that you just need to give it time. It can take a couple of weeks before you start to notice a weight loss. Keep in mind - that from the exercise you're toning up and developing muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat but is compact. So you may actually gain weight but trim down if that makes any sense. Don't give up - lots of luck!!!

a million. Walk to tuition if the space is two miles or much less. Walk with peers and be nontoxic. two. Skip the sodas. Totally pass it. Drink plenty of water alternatively. three. Snack on culmination, now not on goodies and chips. four. Exercise everyday, even supposing it is just a fifteen-20 minute routine. five. Watch TV status up and do extra sitting whilst finding out. Stay clear of the pc except it is definitely essential. Too a lot sitting makes for lazy muscle groups.

You can buy at your local Walmart The Firm dvd or The Biggest Loser, they will help sooo much and ur body will look HOT HOT HOT!!! Tons of water 32-64 oz per day. Low or fat free meals, 6 small meals including healthy snacks which it can work like breakfast, light snack, lunch, light snack, dinner and light snack. When i talk about light snack i mean fruits, veggies, yogurt, smoothies, light string cheese, stuff like that. Eat all your dairy, veggies and water every day. You can start little by little working out but then you push yourself. Cardio, cardio, cardio then tone. Sit up a + Good luck!!

that's a tight schedule, so it will be quite tricky. i'm not an expert, but if u run for at least thirty minutes every morning or on the weekends around your neighborhood, you'll start to improve. increase the difficulty of the run and the length in time as you start to be able to do more and more. do proper sit ups (face parallel to the ceiling, don't have to go all the way up), and stretch AFTER you run. don't push yourself too hard the first day of running because your legs will be SO sore the next day you won't be able to keep up with your excercise schedule. write out a routine of different excerices targeting different areas: lunges for butt and thighs, sit ups for abs, chin-ups for arms; while you run or power walk, swing your arms up to the opposite side of your torso to excercise them. STICK TO YOUR PLAN! don't shirk one day or be lazy, unless you've seriously hurt yourself. u should start to improve. GOOD LUCK! and no matter how you end up by december, you'll look great in a cute bathing suit.

Exercise and eat healthy. I used to always snack at night instead of eating lunch during the day and I was a few pounds overweight. As soon as I stopped eating the snacks at night and just ate three normal meals every day I lost those few extra pounds.

Eat less. Exercise more. I'm sure you know how to eat healthy. Expending more calories than you take in is the ONLY way to lose weight and be healthy. Anorexia and bulemia are not just 'yuck' - they are serious diseases that people die from.
