Once the illegal immigrants are gone what will the U.S. b.... about next?

I mean really after all this is said and done what will we complain about next. I say as long as they aren't bothering me all the power to them.

You dont have to like them to understand them. Instead of spending so much money on that wall, we should be worrying about all the children in the USA that have no where to live. Or making the US a better place, and not by descrimination.

the money we spend on "illegal immigrants" healthcare education etc. is a sliver of a fraction compared to what we spend in Iraq... acheiving nothing....

If it's jobs everybody is worried about, perhaps they should focus on the real problem... which is proper enforcement of labor laws... and ending loopholes for the megacorps. profitting (and donating to politicians) from using (exploiting) a cheap labor force.

I read somewhere that every new imigrant population tries to rewrite what an immigrant is... to look down on the next person coming in... well if this is thee land of opportunity built on the wealth of ideas and richness of culture that a true melting pot would thrive on, move on, move up...

before "we" blamed Mexicans, "we" blamed outsourcing to asia and india, "we've" blamed African Americans for hundreds of years, and before that "we" blamed eastern europeans, before that "we" blamed the jews, before that "we" blamed the Irish, before that "we" blamed the Germans, Before that "we" blamed the catholics, before that "we" blamed colonialist England, before that "we" didn't exist.

"we" as in the collective group of illegal immigrants that have come to this continent in the last 350 some years.. The only people who ever got really screwed by Illegal imigrants were/ are the native americans.

So next, we'll probably b***** about all the middle-eastern refugees who are going to be fleeing that mess when it's all over, or whoever else comes to the land of opportunity to try to improve their lives.... or rather, whoever just makes a good scapegoat....

wow. good question. from my experience here in australia, now we have effectively stopped the illegal immigrant 'problem' (they ride in unsafe boats all the way from indonesia - a long way in shark infested waters - and apparently theyre not desperate. Go figure) we are now bitching about the legal immigrants that are already here. Currently its lebanese muslims, but a while back it was Asian 'gangs'. Why do we always need someone to hate? At the moment we're all supposed to be suspicious of the entire arabic population. When I was growing up it was Russians - apparently they were spying on us - who cares? Really we're not that interesting. Are we doing something worth spying on??? If so I'm not aware of it. My parents can even remember in the 50s and 60s when the italian and greeks were given a really hard time for "buying up all the land". What is the problem with 'live and let live?' Thats about it from here in Australia. Personally I would be wondering what George Bush is up to that he has created this huge smokescreen. I mean really, people are pretty apssionate about this issue. Stirring up racism is a pretty dirty trick, but then that's politics right? Oh well think ive blabbed enough.

you are right, but unfortunately illegal immigrants is an issue, and as a country we should be taking all the issues head on. And if this is the 1st one then sobeit. But it'll be a never ending story because 1st illegal immigrants won't disappear, and neither will kids not having homes.
Instead of complaining on here personally maybe you should be doing something about it yourself... hopefully you can find an issue that you want to do something about and get out there and do something.

How callous of you to not be concerned with anything that doesn't affect YOU personally. Have you lost your sense of concern for your fellow American or is it that you never had concern in the first place. How many Americans must suffer any type of loss as a result of what could be an easily prevented crime? Illegals are feeding from non-concerned Americans like you. All of the strength they have ever acquired is a result of people like you. As long as they aren't bothering YOU more power to them? That sentiment makes me want to say as long as they are ONLY bothering YOU more power to them.

Americans have a right to complain about anything in America that bugs them.
And if all the illegals left, we would still have that right.

Illegals don't have a right to complain about anything in America AT ALL, since they are here illegally.

If all the illegals left tomorrow, many Americans would give out a big sigh of relief and then go about our daily life.

Funny, because people like you and your people complain about Americans all the time, I guess when we sends you back home, you can really kick and scream, as for americans, we will all feel safer and our tax money can go to things that are important, such as children, you discriminate yourselves. Why live here when no one wants you here, I certainly wouldnt go to a party without the proper invitation. This I mean, go to a country without papers and doucumention. Its not right nor fair to the other people that waited there turns and the people here now that pay for taxes.

the ones that get to stay will be complaining about the next 12 million that come to take their jobs for lower wages and so on and so on the cycle will not continue hopefully and we are concerned about our children that is why we want the illegals out

If we dont stop this illegal action there wont be jobs to pay for donations to help kids who need a place to live.

ok, enable's say I knew extraterrestrial beings are gonna abduct me and erase my ideas 24 hours prior to it occurring. i'd collect all my closest acquaintances, those i quite love and in basic terms attempt to placed onto words what they have meant to me and that although my ideas and recommendations will be gone, as long as i'm myself i visit not in any respect forget them. i'd ask my father and mom and a number of those closest acquaintances for forgiveness for each area that I have placed them by. And very last, i'd in all likelihood rob a band, commute to Las Vegas and then scouse borrow or purchase a Corvette ZR1 and race by the desert to la contained in the evening (i have continually needed to attempt this).

What we should worry about next is that every American citizen is employed. We should actually be worrying about this now but instead are more consearned with getting illegals jobs.
