Corrupted means that they have been exposed to unethical things in society and are prone to do such things themselves.

It technically means "tainted", like it has an adulterant in it, or an infection. Like, "this file is corrupted" means the file has a virus or it's too broken to read properly (like the disk is messed up.)
If you're a fuddy-duddy, you'd say youth are corrupted by rap, rock, the internet, IM, skimpy clothes...you name it. Youth are always being corrupted by whatever adults don't like. Then, the youth become adults and they don't care about the stuff that "corrupted" them--they find some new corrupting influence.
Corruption is the idea that influences mess up the purity of youth. Whatever. Youth have never been particularly pure--look at who they grow up into! Look at history! Ugh. I'm tired of conservatives assuming kids were "pure"--yeah, they were racist, sexist, ageist, classist...but they sure were pure! Bullsh!t! Squares just don't like the *current* corrupting influences. But their own corruptions are just fine and dandy.
Lies. All lies. The world was not better in the "good ol' days." A myth.

well, corrupted means.... (in my terms) a lot of things, all negative.
it may mean that we're not polite...
it may mean that we're not as smart as we used to be...
it may mean that drug is mroe of a regulirity in these days then old times

It means that kids these days think too much about sex, and are perverted, in the sense that almost anything has a sexual connotation.
