the biggest problem for me is i don't want to have to eat completely healthy, or have to have an extensive workout plan. so...how much more difficult does that make it?

my boyfriend bought me the dress as a birthday present...but didn't realize he had got the wrong size. we can't return it and the dress looks good...other than me not being able to breathe well.

If you want really fast results you could try one of them wraps that you get in spa treatments - im sure theres somewhere near you that can do them.

My local gyms beauty bit does them theyre called " universal contour body wraps". The average client loses between 10" - 14" inches after the first one. It says after 3 treatments most women go down a dress size for good. I'm sure you can find somewhere that does them. Theyre a bit pricey but its either that or eat less and excercise more!

Good luck!

(ps) if you do decide to have one have it done just before for maximum effect!

There is another way ...
Use psychology on yourself - buy the dress you really want in the size that fits you best as you are. Merely cut out the label - then the dress can be any size you want! I mean, who's to know?

Look, it's really not worth dropping a dress size, just so you fit into a dress. If you don't need to lose weight, you shouldn't. I'm sure your bf will understand. HTH.
