my ex had it bad and nothing the doctors did helped so here is what we did. add oat meal to your bath water it adds moisture to your skin. do this every other day. add one cup of vinegar to your bath water will stop the itching or you could use a tea bag both do about the same thing. use dandruff shampoo instead of soap this will stop the flaking and there is a over the counter medicine for hot spots on dogs that's called scratchx it will heal it up quick my ex used this treatment and he hasn't had a bad break out in years. beer or any thing like that will make it worse so try to stay away from it

I assume you mean 'psoriasis." I have had it most of my 58 years and have never come across a home remedy. I use Cortisone 10 and it works quite well.
There used to be a product called "Zemo" which was made by Plough and worked excellently. I haven't found it for years and haven't been able to find anything on the manufacturer. I'd like to get some if it is still available, which I doubt.

I have psoriasis on both my knees and elbows. First it was only on my elbows then it spread to my knees. It was quite embarrassing during my physical training where my buddy for sit-up had to assist me, when he have to hold my ankle and do the counting. That was when he saw my knee and has queer look on his face and then start to act over-cautious while holding my ankles as if I'm contagious.
The psoriasis continue to spread its perimeter and very often itchier and swell.
After years of frustrations, I found this product NCD (Natural Cellular Defense) Liquid Zeolite. I gave it a try and in two days the flackes starts to lessen and by the third day 75% of my skin has became normal and the bulging swell on my knees too shrunk back to normal. The best thing is there is no side effect of fever like symptom when you apply steroid base creams.
Besides the psoriasis I hv suspected Gout with swelling directly below my heel. Every morning I have to carefully massage the heel then I can walk properly. This too I notice is disappearing and exactly on this day it has only about 10% left. I can never be more than happy that Liquid Zeolite kills 2 birds with one stone. I started to use it only since last Monday and today is 4th enlighten day of my life.
If you want to know more about Liquid Zeolite by all means email me at bertolisw@yahoo.com because I don't want to be misunderstood of trying to spam & advertise.

I absolutely agree with bellaball... I've had psoriasis for years when i lived in wisconsin. after moving to florida i've been cured. The sun is the ONLY "natural" source of vitamin E, which cures alot of ailments and diseases.

Try neem seed oil. You can order it online. Just do a Google search. It is supposed to be really good at relieving psoriasis. It is anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and anti-viral.

Sunlight is great! They hate the UV rays!

Just don't stay out too long and burn to a crisp!
