Its jetlag. Try to sleep on the plane. Drink lots of water and fluids. Try to stay up when you arrive at your destination and go to bed at their time and wake up in the morning their time. ie, if you arrive at your hotel at 4pm try to stay up till about 9 or 10 even if you are exhausted. These things will help relieve you of your jetlag much quicker :-)
