I think it depends on the man and what he does for a living. A stock broker would not want to have long hair. A rock musician might want long hair. Artists frequently have long hair and I have seen a couple of doctors with long hair.

Personally, I adore long hair on men if it is clean and the man keeps it nice, a pony tail is best for every day. Long hair is not good on older men who are usually losing their hair.

Facial hair is something most women really dislike. If men knew how much women detest facial hair; then every man on the planet would shave.

I love my husband and he is bald.

After the initial attraction: It's really not the hair; it is the man under the hair that counts.

Thank goodness you can make a choice about your hair because in the old hippy days there was terrible discrimination against young people with long hair. (I am an old hippy so been there done that)

I don't have a preference. Short hair and clean cut is nice, but some guys (my guy in particular) don't look right with short hair and/or without facial hair. Hair and clothes and all that stuff don't make the man anyway. It's what's inside that counts, and that's the way it should be for a man or a woman.

It totally depends on the man. My boyfriend has long long hair and keeps it clean, styled and looks great, in fact I think he'd look funny with short hair, my son has long long long curly hair, parts in in the middle, looks like Howard Stern and should not wear long hair.

Depends on the guy & how well it's kept. I LOVE long hair on a guy. Gives him that bad boy image even if he's sweet as a teddy bear. But long or short it has to LOOK GOOD. Not all snarly, dry/greasy nasty looking. A short, clean cut look is good, too...........
