When your kids show you that they are matured and can make the right decisions. And you would have to let them get there, let them learn from their mistakes. We were once where they are now. Our parents did not worry like we do because I think we tend to be friendlier with our kids. So, stop worrying and start enjoying them as individuals who deserve to be trusted more. Kids become stronger if we are not worrying and trying to be overprotective all the time.

As the 44 year old mom of 2 grown kids, let me give you a little advice. You will ALWAYS worry;it is part of being a parent.Now-show your kids that you trust the way you raised them! have a code that lets them know they can get advice, not punishment,My kids(now 23 and 19) and I had this code:"(my first name)-I need a friend with some good advice. Can you NOT be MOM for a bit,and just be(my name)?"Nothing said during this talk can be held against them nor can they be punished for it.Your place here is just to listen and give advice like you would to a friend. My now grown up "kids" tell me everything and I trust them to make the right choices or learn from their mistakes.

The age when they stop being bad... Honestly, it's not age that matters, it's what they're doing. For example, my brother finished highschool but gets into HUGE trouble, so obviously he's worried about the most. I'm younger, but I'm responsible so I'm worried about the least. My 5, 6, and 8 year old siblings are worried about when they're being bad. Being overprotective never helps a child, but it's really not age that matters too much, it's their actions and whether those actions are age appropriate.

Honey there is no end to parents not worrying about their kids. As long as you and your kids are alive you will always be concerned about their well being. But the thing I've learned is that when something is too difficult turn it over to God and leave it in His hands. We have to pray and ask God to take care of our kids and protect them each and everyday. So when we do that it will help ease the burden off of us as parents. Pray this advice helps you.

How about when you are 3 feet under?, he he
I don´t think parents ever stop worrying about their kids
Now if they are adults, then you should keep your worries to yourself, if not, keep working in showing them good from bad
there is a song that says: "and nothing or no one, can keep them from suffering, from making mistakes and that some day they tell us goodbye"

You never stop worrying about your kids. They will be your kids if you live to be 110 and you will still be concerned and worried about them.
