im a quarter japaneses do you think when people see me they can tell?

It's unlikely that people will say, Hey, she's a quarter Japanese! They might just notice that you have something indefinably different about your looks.
What everyone will notice far more is your atitude, the way you carry yourself. If you are bright, cheerful, warm and open to people, people will see that, and then notice your looks as well and say you're beautiful. But if you are hostile or wary of people, that's what they'll see.
So just try to be true to yourself, believe that you are a worthwhile person for who you are, not what you look like or what others think of you. The more you can manage that - no-one does all the time - the happier and more beautiful you will be.

1/4! I'm happy for you. The Japanese people are very pretty. I'm sure it shows as a very exotic look.

It really depends. People probably won't be able to tell for sure what your background is.
