We didn't meet in myspace, but in a chat room.
I met my wife here on the Internet 6 years ago. We met in an AOL chat room. Neither of us had intentions of meeting one another even considering we were 10 miles apart. I had met a few girls on line before only for them to turn out to be nothing like they said they were, so I made it clear up front that I wasn't interested in meeting. It only took 2 months of talking, emailing and chatting to finally give in.
We met and married just six months later.
We have been together ever since. We fell madly and deeply in love and we can't stand to be away from each other. We have 3 beautiful girls and I couldn't imagine not have meeting her.
Thanks AOL.

i met my ex-boyfriend from myspace. that did not work out. i think it doesnt matter where you find your other half. it could be while buying fresh fishes in the market. you never know. but whether the person is for real or not, his character is tolerable or not, is a totally different matter.
as for me, no more online other halves!

Met and recently married my love online. It was Christmas Eve of 2004, I was online, actually on www.adultfriendfinder.com and went into a few chat rooms. I went into a spanish speaking chat room and saw a posting asking anyone if they were in the same area.... I know some spanish and responded and ended up in a private chat. This man (now my husband) told me he is using his roomates account and hoping to meet someone to take to his Company Christmas Party. We exchanged fotos, he went on live cam, I melted..... he told me he spoke little english to please excuse him when and if I would call....... He gave me his number, I made myself a drink, called, his sexy voice allowed me to accept his date for the holiday party. We met close to my apartment (how lucky, we lived 5 minutes apart), went to this boring party...... ended up at a club, had a few drinks, talked, danced and yes yes yes, I took him home........we dated a few times a week after that........then we saw each other every night then 6 months later he moved in with me. 5 months later we moved to a bigger apartment, and then again to a more bigger apartment....... We married June 24th honeymoon in Vegas....There are a lot of single websites, just be careful, post your profile, screen everyone, never invite anyone to your home for the first date and best of luck.......enjoy your search.

personally, i think people who meet online are an unnatural breed of ultra-liberal, anti-social people who tend to use the internet as a catalyst to rush relationships to compensate for their perceived loneliness.
I know because I know a couple who met online, moved in together, and married in like, two months. they are weird and i really can't stand the thought of them.
