Well, it depends on what you mean. Some medicines and/or pills are solely for healing or rejuvenating. Others, along with healing, can also provide essential nutrients and vitamins to your body.
Usually, the bottle of medicine will tell you if there are nutrients in it or not.

No medicines and pills are drugs. Nutrients FEED the body. Drugs may "heal" with man made substances, but do not nourish.
