Could you imagine taking his daughter out on a date? You couldn't get any nookie without him knowing about it.

First it is big lie to claim Jesus is the Only Son of God. Whoever He choose to do His bidding and have accomplished it successfully, then that chosen One will have the title Son of God and He his Father. You will find it in 2Samuel 7:13-14. The First One He called his son was Adam ( see the Genealogy of Jesus in Luke. thus making the children of Adam and Eve His sons and Daughters. That can be found in many writings in the Old Testament by Major Prophets. In 2samuel 7:13-14 you will also find why aside from being crucified by the Romans, Jesus was punished by the rods and floggings of his men (fellow Jews). God is a spirit that can make things happen and he does not need to impregnate anyone to have a child. Plus, Jesus will have not claim that he is the Root and offspring of David if Joseph was not his real father. Jesus was a child of young woman out of wedlock and angel appeared to Joseph not to be afraid to marry her because that whatever they did outside the rituals is what God wanted to happen. A little clarification here. God had one Begotten Son, Jesus Christ, which means fleshly born. God also has billions of spiritual daughters, but none were born in the flesh as His Son, Jesus.

Q: >>> If Jesus Christ is God's only son, does God have any daughters? <<<

You do error in thinking there is male and female in Heaven, for in Heaven they are neither male nor female. Christ is only male when He visited the Earth

Mk:12:25: For when they shall rise from the dead, they neither marry, nor are given in marriage; but are as the angels which are in heaven.

1Cor:15:50: Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

In His Holy and Precious Name, Jesus Christ

Yes, God has daughters. Mother Teresa was an excellent example.
