Ok, first you gotta know that my house is divided in two, I live in the bigger part with my mom, the other part which is independant from the house, except for the garage is rented to a guy who´s in his late 20´s and lives alone.

His room and mine are divided by a solid brickwall but last night when I was about to go to bed I heard some weird noises but I wasn´t sure what was it or where was it coming from. Then I discovered
totally terrified that It was this guy having sex with someone (eww) which is gross in itself ´cause he´s disgusting.
Of course I understood it´s normal for a guy of his age to invite his girlfriend over and spend a great time together but the worst part came two minutes later when I took out the garbage and saw a car parked outside, it was his cousin´s car, he was having sex with his own cousin. And on top of it we know their family from a long time.
What do I do, I just don´t want to have to listen to them everytime they do it :-S.

I know his sexual life is none of my bussines, but i think I have the right to have some peace in my own house.

Yeah, I´m sure it was his cousin and yeah I was minding my own bussines but it´s hard to mind your own bussines when someone is being too loud.

Yeah I´m sure it was his cousin, I actually saw her, they were talking and laughing in the garage, again too loud, I was there taking some stuff out of my car when they came out.

The next time this guy starts f'ing his cousin, dial 911 and tell them someone next door to you is having sex with their cousin. Since having sex with one's cousin is perfectly legal, this call will be more effective if you tell the 911 operator that you think the cousin is only 15 years old. You could also say you hear screams coming from next door and that you thing someone is being abused.

With any luck, the police will burst in in minutes and break things up - problem solved.

You shouldn't have to listen to it, but he has the right to do what he wants in his house. Gross or not. Play music or a background noise CD. Or you could give him a hint and play the same song/movie (the least romantic thing you can think of) every time you hear him. Maybe he'll figure out that you can hear him and choose another location or be nice enough to play music himself.

Incest! New from John Sands! A game the whole family can play! Very nasty situation for you. You should write him a polite letter, informing him that trauma counselling is very expensive, and that you would prefer that he keeps his nasty nocturnal activities a little quieter. That, or put up the rent.

I don't think your over reacting at all. Its not right for you to have to listen to that **** all night when your trying to sleep. It may not be your business but you do deserve to sleep without that racket. If I were I'd switch rooms with my mom or talk to her about the problem. Maybe you mother will talk to the guy and get him to be more discrete or take his business somewhere else.

You should think through all possibilities. Are you sure it was his cousin? I mean, did you actually see his cousin or just his cousin's car? Could it have been someone else just using his cousin's car?

Talk to your parents and see if the wall can be soundproofed. Barring that, talk to the neighbour and ask if he can possibly keep the noise down. It's his business about who he has sex with, you shouldn't get involved.

The reality under the lines is that you seem frustated from their activities. Though you agree that its not your concern or business but still you are bothering for that?

Don't rent the room, if his rent is paid and there wasn't anything said when you rented the room to him butt out its none of your business who comes and goes in HIS apt. nor what he does.

Talk to your parents, it isn't appropiate for your bedroom to be next to that environment, sound proofing or not. You need a new tenant, he needs a more private place to live.

Yes, it was gross.
However, if you would have been minding your business to begin with you wouldn't have even heard it.
2. you do you REALLY know if it was his cousin?
