And that assumes the god is ONLY watching our planet. Imagine if there are billions of other planets with deluded species on them. Now he/she/it has to keep track of trillions and trillions of pieces of data.... although TECHNICALLY, god supposedly knows all that was, is and ever will be, so he/she/it should know all this stuff innately.

(I, for one, can't imagine there is much fun in being a god over this mess.)

you underestimate. He has had a very sophisticated computer for a long time. You should see what happens to a persons life when He runs it on fast forward. I have heard reports and as I understand it you will get the opportunity to observe. Another incorrect observation is that He monitors each action, when actually He just records automatically and this system is self defrosting

Of course! You're making God smaller than he really is. In our minds, we are limited by time and space. He isn't. Being the almighty God that he is, he is so much bigger than anything we can imagine, therefore, I doubt that he ever feels stressed about his "work load".

What a dumb question.

Some of these types of questions are amusing, this one just isn't.

Perhaps it's irrational, but this question enraged me. I can't believe I willingly submit myself to such torture.

And it's all my fault. I'm getting off this Yahoo Answers thing, I can't handle this garbage anymore.

Good luck to you all, and thank you sir for ruining my night, but perhaps showing me the way to a brighter tomorrow.

A supreme being, if it really is supreme, should be capable of infinite intelligence; thus, its ability to record the deeds of people is incomprehensible to us.
