If your body does not build large amounts of mass, all the protein in the world won't help. I gain mass so easily I don't lift free weights. I stick to machines and don't count protein. Just work out and see how your body develops.

Stick with eating about 1 gram of protein for every pound of body weight per day; thus you would consume 130 grams of whole quality protein. As for as Muscle Milk have not heard any bad things about it.

it all depends on what you want to do. it sounds like you want to gain muscle and keep off as much fat as posiable. if so you should get at least one G of protien for every pound of body weight. the best way is to use the protien shakes 4 times a day and eat foods rich in protien. canned tuna IN WATER is the best. or baked skinless chicken breast.

Muscles are built by one's own body from exercise. There is no supplement required or useful, so save your money. Just eat a normal healthy diet, and do your exercises.

sure, protein may be very well for you. why do you feel the vast majority of vegetarians are scrawny? simply be certain you get adequate meat in, a turkey sandwich, a chook breast. its now not relatively that rough. its so handy for a few one to shove a chocolate bar down their throat, however they discover it rough to devour anything well for you.
