I think that out of everything bad, something good comes of it. And out of everything good, comes something bad. Things aren't black and white - they're subtle shades of gray. They have to be. Otherwise we'd have to assume that since God created evil knowing he created it - then he must be evil. But if everything evil can produce something good and vice versa it suggests a neutrality.
So sure - I can see God using evil as a catalyst for good. Why not?

You sure have a lot of questions. God has given men free will, but by the fact we are who we are we will always chose the wrong things to do. Only by realsiing this can we ever understand who we are and who God is.

no. plain as day, no. God only does good. and God does not MAKE you think. remember God leaves your life up to you. He gives you opportunities but everything is up to you concerning your life, thoughts etc. Satan is the one who tries to make you think about bad/evil things. also our 'flesh' or carnal self is always trying to come out on top if you are trying to live for God. God can still make good come of evil but He doesn't make us do evil...I hope you understand what I mean. If you really want to understand read your Bible... =)

God will never use evil for good. There can never be a situation where evil and good are on the same page. tehy are as different as black is to white.

By saying this you completely negate the idea that God gave anyone free will.
