I got a ticket today for an expired inspection,,,,,75 bucks. I went and had the inspection right afterwards. I thought for some reason my inspection wasnt due till this month instead it was due in October. Do u think i can get out of paying the ticket if i bring in proof that i had the inspection done and that its only one day that i missed?

It's worth a try, but don't get your hopes up. You were late, even if just 1 day.

Sorry, but the judge will tell you that unless you can prove it had a valid inspection sticker at the time you were pulled over, then you will have to pay a fine, but you could try to explain your side, maybe he would be leanient.

Doubtful. Court costs and your time aren't going to be worth it. Cities need revenues these days.
