I have a pile of microwaves in my basement. I have heard that if you emit microwaves toward electronics, they will interfere with the signals. Is it possible to jam my neighbors electronics by doing this?

yes, it's called a HERF gun (High Energy Radio Frequency). Look it up and you should be able to find quite a bit of info on the subject.

Broadcasting a signal with the intent of causing interference on your neighbors electronics is an FCC violation.

Not recommended.

Possibly, but you'll probably end up blowing something else up, along with interfereing with your neighbor's wireless signals. I.E., your hand, a bird, a pet dog, perhaps...

well at least when you're lying there all riddled with terminal cancer from the excessive radiation you can rest in the knowledge that you made someone's tv screen go 'a little funny' for a few days.
