Where I use to work we were constantly on the go and hardly had a break.. I used to eat yogurt. and apple here and there.. drank lots of water.. hmm I'd eat a sandwich 2 a day, since I worked 10 hour days. I'd just stuff it in my mouth.. Bringing chopped up vegetables is good to.. I'm a bit of a health nut.. but I was also working at a nutrition center.

You can try granola snacks, but watch out for the fat content. There's also healthy chip alternatives. You can also try yogurt if you have a mini fridge. Along with fruit and vegetable pieces. Other words just use common sense when snacking.

Proteins fill you up. Carbs will make you tired. So have a combination.

Almonds, protein bars, beef jerky, soy nuts, cashews, bananas, apples, raisins, other dried fruit, granola, trail mix, rice cakes and nut butter, whole grain crackers, cereal, pumpkin seeds.

Individually wrapped granola bars or fruit snacks. They will keep you energized for longer than candy bars, and they are usually healthier for you.
