Curious to know some. Most movies in Holland are just in English with Dutch subtitles, so wanted something that was good and in Dutch...

No, no, no! It is not true that most movies here are in English. We have many movies in Dutch, mainly on TV but also in the cinema.

Some of the best movies in Dutch language would be:

- Turks Fruit
- Een vlucht regenwulpen
- Oeroeg (In Dutch and some Indonesian)
- Mama is boos (comedy)
- De lift
- De smaak van water
- Advocaat van de hanen
- Hoge hakken, echte liefde
- Het meisje met het rode haar (wwII)
- Terug naar Oegstgeest
- Kleine blonde dood
- Soldaat van Oranje (wwII)
- Zusje

And you will find a lot more, in alphabetical order on this websit:

I think Italian for Beginners was in Dutch (I don't know the original name of the movie, just the English translation.) It was great--you should see it even if it isn't in Dutch.
