I use the straightening iron regularly, I know in the long run it damages my hair but I love the way it looks. I use deep conditioners every time I wash. Can you suggest me a leave- in conditioner that keeps hair soft and manageable?

Deep conditioners make the hair very porous and add to the frizz problem.
Have you tried Knotty Boy products at all? Their bar shampoo and spray leave in conditioner RULE! I have curly hair. I used to straighten it, but Knotty Boy makes my hair so soft I leave it alone now.
It can be difficult to find in stores. I usually order online.

HOT OIL TREATMENTS i dye and straightn my hair alot and it brings my hair back to life, if you have a sallys beauty go there, they usually know what to suggest, also use a cholesterol, protein, or keratin conditioner along with your regualar one!!

Terax Crema - it's not a leave-in conditioner but trust me this stuff works WONDERS! Sephora.com sells it.
