The protein in question is the enzyme Bromelin.

Anything too far below an enzyme’s optimum temperature causes virtual inactivity, while anything too high above can “denature” or destroy the enzyme. Likewise, any significant deviation from its optimum pH can also render the enzyme denatured.

I dont know any websites, but denaturing of proteins, happens at very high degrees, The bacterium, Thermus aquaticus, can survive like at 100 celcius, so that means its protiens must be able to survive something clsoe to that.
