Call your local social services department in your area and they will point you in the right direction, they have all the information that you need and for very low cost or for free. Good Luck

Since you're a minor, I'd assume you are in school. If you are in school, you have a school counselor. That would be the best option for you, I think.

You may want to talk to your parents about it, though. Tell them some of what you just wrote about. Certain companies have included in employee benefits a cluster of resources for different family issues. It's possible they could have something like that, and often there's something for anyone in the household to be able to go see a psychiatrist or counselor free of charge for the first 5, 6 or 10 visits, depending on whatever is included in the company's policy.

The number of people these days with depression, anxiety, ADHD, or any number of mild to moderate mental or emotional problems is astounding. There's nothing shameful about admitting you think something is wrong. What's sad is to see someone decide to say nothing to the people who care about them because they don't want to admit there's a problem, or they're embarrassed, or afraid of what their loved ones would say. Like so many other things, once it gets out (and I'm not saying it should get out to everybody, but once you let someone who can help you know about it), that's the first step towards recovery.

Oh, and those of us who "have a mental problem" don't like people saying they go to "get their head examined" or they "have a mental problem." That really carries a negative connotation. :-)

Tell your teachers and parents, and go to the local health dept or doctors office.

There's no such thing as crazy, and there are medicines that can help almost everything now, you just need to get to a doctor and get diagnosed.

the first cat to answer, I think , was on target... if you think you're crazy, you're not. When you deny that you're nuts.... then you're off your rocker.

Your parents, your guidance counselor, your religious or spiritual leader.... someone like that.

Just asking about it, like you're doing now, is a good thing. I think you'll be all right, kiddo.

Oh....and if you really want to have your head examined for free. Try the local universities and get a grad student to check you out.

Crazy people don't think they're crazy. Chances are you're just a depressed young person. Try talking to your parents. It's their job to help you get things straightened out.
