Definitely Portuguese, and definitely poorly transcribed. Starts out (Ithink):

Latin is learnt and utilized by many as a spoken language, however hasn't taken root in a unmarried neighborhood, neither has it been promoted as a moment spoken language... I want it used to be even though

Who told you that it is guatemalan? In Guatemala they speak spanish and that is definitely not spanish.
Sounds a little like portuguese but it is so badly written that it is not possible to understand.

There is no "guatemalan" language. People in Guatemala speak spanish.
