I live in mn and my birthday is in november and i will turn 15. I take drivers training in march to get my permit. Will i get my licinse on my birthday or a certin time with my permit.

In my state, we have to pass the written part of the driver license exam to get a permit. Then we have to take drivers' training and pass that course.
When we get to be sixteen, we can take the driver license exam, the written part on the laws, and the actual driver's test, with the examiner from the highway patrol. If we pass both parts, we can get a drivers' license right there. It's a photo ID.
