For one, anorexia won't help you reduce your stress, it will only add to it.
For another, you don't choose to be anorexic...it is a disease, not a lifestyle.
Please find a counselor you can speak to regarding your stress...the best way to deal with it is to actually deal with it. Creating another problem in your life will only make the situation worse.

Trust me you do not be anerixic. If your over stressed not eating will probably make it worse. Plus you may end up permanetly damaging your body. To cope with stress sign up for a yoga class which is proven to relax the mind and relieve stress. Basically any form of excersize is great to relieve stress but I would reccomend yoga. Also change your diet around eat healthier foods and add starchy carbs such as pretzels or popcorn with helps produce a hormone in the brain that lowers stress. Also check your sleep habits if your not getting enough sleep that could be stressing you out. But overall DONT be anerexic its too dangerous and it deffinetly isnt worth it. Good Luck! =]

dont mean to sound like a asshole,, but UR AN IDIOT! how is anorexia gonna help with stress from school? besides school cant be that stressful, u get some hw and u hang out with ur friends big whoop, wait till u go into the real world then youll know what reall stress is!

Believe me, anorexia is NOT good, people think it's ugly anyway. Eating is the way to relieve stress, but don't do that either. What I do is A. build something out of like legos, and destroy it, or B. Beat the living crap out of some poor inanimate object with something. This helps considerably.

Anorexia isn't going to help you with stress. If you're in high school and your parent notice you're not eating, that will add to your stress.

DONT BE ANOREXIC!! TRUST ME!!!!!!!!! my best friend wasnt fat at all.. and im not just saying that cuz im her best friend! shes as skinni as a twig... cuz shes short for her age. She thought she was fat and went on a STARVATION diet! dont do it! she died the next week because she didnt eat! i know it seemed so suddle! i told her not to do it too! but she went on and did it... and passed on the next week... please dont do it! i dont want you to die even know i dont know you. I am a tiny but overweight and am stressed at school too... but dont even try anorexia! just exorsize and eat right. Its hard and all for me too but take up a sport or something. I took up gymnastics!
Please dont do anorexia!!!
