I'm Muslim so, I can't answer it.
If jesus was the son and has limitations to his start and end of life, what about those before Christianity whom they were worshiping? Moses/ Abraham? OR direct to the GOD father?

Many Christians begin to learn about the Trinity through knowledge of Baptism. This is also a starting point for others in comprehending why the doctrine matters to so many Christians, even though the doctrine itself teaches that the being of God is beyond complete comprehension. The Apostles' Creed and the Nicene Creed are structured around profession of the Trinity, and are solemnly professed by converts to Christianity when they receive baptism, and in the Church's liturgy, particularly when celebrating the Eucharist. One or both of these creeds are often used as brief summations of Christian faith by mainstream denominations.

One God
God is one, and the Godhead a single being: The Hebrew Scriptures lift this one article of faith above others, and surround it with stern warnings against departure from this central issue of faith, and of faithfulness to the covenant God had made with them. "Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD" (Deuteronomy 6:4) (the Shema), "Thou shalt have no other gods before me" (Deuteronomy 5:7) and, "Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel and his redeemer the LORD of hosts: I am the first and I am the last; and beside me there is no God." (Isaiah 44:6). Any formulation of an article of faith which does not insist that God is solitary, that divides worship between God and any other, or that imagines God coming into existence rather than being God eternally, is not capable of directing people toward the knowledge of God, according to the trinitarian understanding of the Old Testament. The same insistence is found in the New Testament: "...there is none other God but one" (1 Corinthians 8:4). The "other gods" warned against are therefore not gods at all, but substitutes for God, and so are, according to St. Paul, simply mythological or are demons.

So, in the trinitarian view, the common conception which thinks of the Father and Christ as two separate beings, is incorrect. The central, and crucial affirmation of Christian faith is that there is one savior, God, and one salvation, manifest in Jesus Christ, to which there is access only because of the Holy Spirit. The God of the Old is still the same as the God of the New. In Christianity, it is understood that statements about a solitary god are intended to distinguish the Hebraic understanding from the polytheistic view, which see divine power as shared by several separate beings, beings which can, and do, disagree and have conflicts with each other. The concept of Many comprising One is quite visible in the Gospel of John, chapter 17, verses 20 through 23.

God exists in three persons

The "Shield of the Trinity" or "Scutum Fidei" diagram of traditional Western Christian symbolism. This one God however exists in three persons, or in the Greek hypostases. God has but a single divine nature. Chalcedonians — Catholics, Orthodox, and Protestants — hold that, in addition, the Second Person of the Trinity — God the Son, Jesus — assumed human nature, so that he has two natures (and hence two wills), and is really and fully both true God and true human. In the Oriental Orthodox theology, the Chalcedonian formulation is rejected in favor of the position that the union of the two natures, though unconfused, births a third nature: redeemed humanity, the new creation.

In the Trinity, the Three are said to be co-equal and co-eternal, one in essence, nature, power, action, and will. However, as laid out in the Athanasian Creed, only the Father is unbegotten and non-proceeding. The Son is begotten from (or "generated by") the Father. The Spirit proceeds from the Father (or from the Father and through the Son — see filioque clause for the distinction).

It has been stated that because God exists in three persons, God has always loved, and there has always existed perfectly harmonious communion between the three persons of the Trinity. One consequence of this teaching is that God could not have created Man in order to have someone to talk to or to love: God "already" enjoyed personal communion; being perfect, He did not create Man because of any lack or inadequacy He had. Another consequence, according to Rev. Thomas Hopko, is that if God were not a trinity, He could not have loved prior to creating other beings on whom to bestow his love. Thus we find God saying in Genesis 1:26, "Let us make man in our image." For trinitarians, emphasis in Genesis 1:26 is on the plurality in the Deity, and in 1:27 on the unity of the divine Essence. A possible interpretation of Genesis 1:26 is that God's relationships in the Trinity is mirrored in man by the ideal relationship between husband and wife, two persons becoming one flesh, as described in Eve's creation later in the chapter.

The singleness of God's being and the multiplicity of the Divine Persons together account for the nature of Christian salvation, and disclose the gift of eternal life. "Through the Son we have access to the Father in one Spirit" (Ephesians 2:18). Communion with the Father is the goal of the Christian faith and is eternal life. It is given to humans through the Divine union with humanity in Jesus Christ who, although fully God, died for sinners "in the flesh" to accomplish their redemption, and this forgiveness, restoration, and friendship with God is made accessible through the gift to the Church of the Holy Spirit, who, being God, knows the Divine Essence intimately and leads and empowers the Christian to fulfill the will of God. Thus, this doctrine touches on every aspect of the trinitarian Christian's faith and life; and this explains why it has been so earnestly contended for, throughout Christian history.

Verses supporting Jesus as God
John 1:1 "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." together with John 1:14 "The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth." and John 1:18 "No one has ever seen God, but God the One and Only, who is at the Father's side, has made him known."
John 8:23-24: "You are from below; I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world. I told you that you would die in your sins; if you do not believe that I am [the one I claim to be], you will indeed die in your sins."
John 8:58 "'I tell you the truth', Jesus answered, 'before Abraham was born, I am[13]!'"
John 10:38: "But if I do it, even though you do not believe me, believe the miracles, that you may know and understand that the Father is in me, and I in the Father."
John 12:41: "Isaiah said this because he saw Jesus' glory and spoke about him." - As the context shows, this implied the Tetragrammaton in Isaiah 6:1 refers to Jesus.
John 20:28: “Thomas said to him, 'My Lord and my God!'”
Colossians 2:9: "For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form"
Revelation 1:17-18: "When I saw him, I fell at his feet as though dead. Then he placed his right hand on me and said: "Do not be afraid. I am the First and the Last. I am the Living One; I was dead, and behold I am alive for ever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and Hades." This is seen as significant when viewed with Isaiah 44:6: "This is what the LORD says - Israel's King and Redeemer, the LORD Almighty: I am the first and I am the last; apart from me there is no God."

Hello there. I'm a Catholic that believes firmly in the Trininty. I don't however think it's polytheism, since we're all talking about the same "person", being Jesus.

God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit are the three "aspects" of God's identity.

I devote my prayer to the only "vessel" I can wrap my mind around, which is Jesus the Son. Since he's the only human "face" in the three, he's the only one I can think about in my feeble small mind.

Does that help?

Best of luck to you.

the trinity teaches that the 3 entities are one, everything is possible from the creator so the trinity is feasible and can be clearly related to the texts of the bible, there are many books on the trinity or look on any catholic website can explain the trinity if you are interested, you don't have to agree with it but you could research the reasoning of the trinity better. i pray to god more, not so much intercession from the saint s but i do ask for Marys intercession every once in a while but first and foremost god and understanding of his word through Jesus. the bible shows us that living like jesus and hearing his word is the only way to be with the father, the head of the trinity.

No. I worship God in the name of Jesus. By praying to God in Jesus' name I am worshipping God. There is only ONE God. So, therefore, I am not worshipping multiple gods. I devote prayer to God, I accept Jesus Christ as the Son of God who died on the cross for my sins and through His blood I am redeemed. Thank God for Jesus. You can't get to God without going through Jesus.

No, because it is three parts of one whole.

And I dont spens time with one God over another. They are one in the same, praying to Jesus, God or the Holy Spirit is not seperate, its like talking to them all at once.

Look, you are three parts of a whole, body, mind and soul (or spirit if you prefer) Your still just one person, same thing with the trinity, three parts, one God.

no because theyre not 3 seperate gods. there's God (the Father). you can't get to God the Father except thru God the Son (Jesus) and you can do this through their spirit that they share which is how they are ONE (in Spirit) the Holy Spirit. hope this helps :o}

A messianic Jew is a Jew that believes that Jesus is the Messiah. Christians and Messianic Jews feel that Jesus is the Messiah. They are Jews. The factor of view of the anti Messianice Jews is first-rate summed up by means of Mark JPAS while he stated "it's applicable to combo a few measure of international religious factors with Judaism. The one exception is Christianity, that is looked as if it would be incompatible with any style of Jewishness. This is the double ordinary that's implemented to Christianity despite the fact that Jesus is viewed the Jewish Messiah in Christianity. Messianic Jews are checked out with even larger disdain. Why? its a canopy for there possess deviations from Judaism. Some Jews ought to keep a connection to Jewish loved ones considering that they have got deviated such a lot from conventional Judaism that many Orthodox query their Jewishness. They want uncover a few option to distract awareness considering that of there deviation from the Torah. This is finished by means of pointing their finger at others to direct awareness clear of their possess movements. You are not able to supply your self a name and count on that it makes you some thing. This is the argument that has been used in opposition to Jews that come to a decision that Jesus is the Messiah. We are instructed that the mere perception of one other nature of God instantly invalidated a Jews Jewishness. At the equal time Jews that come to be atheists, pantheists or quit working towards any detail in their faith we're instructed are nonetheless Jews. They say that you'll feel in some thing however Jesus. Jews name conversion "becoming a member of the tribe". Things that might on no account fly in Orthodox or for that subject Messianic Judaism may also be discovered within the Reform and Reconstructionist pursuits. A well illustration of this can be a prior query requested right here. The character asking worshiped the God Ferris however didn't feel in him or the Jewish God. The awareness of the query was once" ...might you PERSONALLY suppose cozy welcoming me now not simply as a fellow congregant at your Synagogue, however as a member of the Tribe?" (so he was once evidently asking approximately changing to Judaism). The reaction was once "Reform Judaism covers a broad swath of ideals and practices and I am definite you'll be completely approved. ... I in my opinion might be given you complete heartily as a fellow Jew." So a few Jews will be given a wide variety of deviations from the Torah however now not perception in "Jesus". Let's now not disregard the Reform motion desired to difference the sabbath to Sunday to be extra like Christianity. Most Messianic Jews are Torah observant but you'll come to be an atheist, quit working towards their religion, come to be a Buddhist, become a member of a Unitarian Church and nonetheless be a Jew within the eyes of Reform/Reconstructionist Jews. Most Orthodox while requested approximately different Jews will say they do not know what non Orthodox Jews are. The equal applies to the opposite sects. Speaking of sects Jews will let you know there are not any sects however its now not actual. Rabbinical Jews comply with an knowledge in their religion that was once headquartered a million,900 years in the past. They have their possess canon of Scripture. There also are non Rabbinical Jews such because the Ethiopian Jews that follows the sample of the Christian Old Testament and they have got many further books that they bear in mind to be scripture. A institution referred to as the Karaites is the reverse of the Ethiopian and handiest feel within the five Books of Moses. Rabbinical Jews name Karaites "a sect of Judaism". You can goggle it and spot for your self. Don't allow any one let you know that there are not any sects in Judaism. They say the the lessons of Jesus are very distinct from Judaism. They additionally declare that Jesus taught not anything new from the rabbis earlier than him. Then they we let you know that there have been no rabbis till 100 years after the time of Jesus. Its all approximately profitable the argument to them now not approximately what is actual. The crisis isn't variations however similarities. You will have to understand ALL the writers of the Christian Bible had been Jews however one. Much of our Scriptures are shared. The large majority of early believers in Jesus had been Jews. So whilst you listen the certain reverse you ought to preserve that during brain. A Jew can feel in Jesus and nonetheless be a Jew. Edit: those who make individual accusations will have to comprise hyperlinks or close up.
