Any food that contains iron is great for the liver. Eating beef liver also give you The iron nutrients you need. you might want to think about taking a vitamin also that contains the essential vitamins you need.

Beets,artichokes,dandelions, green,leafy vegetables,lemon juice in water(fresh -squeezed).Supplements that are good are milk thistle,N acetyl-cysteine,choline and B-vitamins.Most fruits and vegetables and whole grains are good,and raw is best.High quality protein is good,too;fish,organically raised poultry,eggs,etc.
