Just like she said above. Satan is bound to the Earth according to the Bible, not able to roam the Universe at will. Satan has a short time "on the earth" before he will be bound and thrown into the bottomless pit for 1,000 years (see Revelation). So, no, Satan doesn't have it easy or fun. He doesn't have a job he's enjoying either, most of his angels have been placed in "spiritual darkness, unable to put on human form or have their full faculties." This is the result of the flood of Noah and when they gave up their human forms to keep from dying in them, since then, only Holy messengers (angels) have been described as putting on human form and interacting with humanity. Satan sees the end approaching faster and faster and dreads it.

Q: >>> Is Satan more free than you and I? <<<
Satan is more free than you or i, because he is not limited to the confines of this flesh that we are in.
Q:>>> Let's face it. He is his own boss in Hell. <<<
Satan is not IN Hell, He will be cast there in the end, satan is the god of this planet, he is here, not in Hell
Q: >>> He's doing a job he enjoys. <<<
Its not that He enjoys his job, but he gets satisfaction from taking as many souls away from God as he can. not that it is a job to him, but something that he wants to do, do get back at God for kicking him out of Heaven. So he will try to take as many souls away from God as he can.
Q: >>> Never has to answer to anyone.<<<
Believe it or not, he still has to answer to God, he can only do what God allows him to do, in order to test us.
Q: >>> And he can move around the universe as he sees fit <<<
Actually he is bound to the milky way, and cannot leave it, therefore he cannot roam the universe, but only this galaxy.
In His Holy and Precious Name, Jesus Christ

In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.
The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of Gods plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.
Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.
Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.
Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It’s meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.

Satan feels the punishments of hell while he walks the earth. He cannot feel any happiness, because happiness comes from God. Hes not doing what hje enjoys, he does what he does out of Hate and Pride. He is not free at all.

No. You can do pretty much whatever you want. Satan, in his pathological need to do the "opposite" of whatever God stands for just to spite him for chucking him out of heaven means that he is trapped (psychologically at least) just as much as when he was a good angel who always did god's will. Fun as it may be, always doing evil is as enslaving as always doing good. Wouldn't it be nice, just once in a while, to end a day of mayhem, bloodshed. mindless violence and cool mischief by helping some poor old lady across the road - just for the "hell" of it?

He is miserable though. So, you want to be miserable? By the way, remember in the end, Satan's "fun" will be over. He'll be in Hell for eternity: burning in the Lake of Fire where water can't quench the thirst. I don't think you'd really want that type of freedom when you really think about it.

I never thought of it like that. With the way you make it sound, I don't see why everyone wouldn't aspire to be like Satan. Whats Satan's punishment for doing wrong...going to hell!

He might be now, but would you really want to have spent the past 6,000 years with hell hanging over your head?? All he has to look forward to is burning in hell for eternity. God didn't create hell for man, he created it for Satan. Is that what you really want to look forward to??

Hell was made for Satan and his demons. He doesn't control it --- God does. And one day he'll be bound to hell for all he's done. So no, he's a slave to his own stupid pride for not realizing that he can't beat God.

Satan knows his time is limited, that's why he tries his dead level best to keep all he can from God.
