I did, crossing CT (speed limit 65) into NY (Speed limit 55). Nobody ever tracked me down, I never showed up in Fishkill's court, and never was a warrant issued for me. I reside in CT

I have seen people get them in certain states and it not show at all not NC and OH so it just depends on alot I think.
