Check with your Dr.
The leakage could be caused by a number of things, including a vitamin defeciency, infected milk duct, etc. The leakage could be something other than milk.. The safest most effective way to be treated is to see your Dr. have a sample of the leakage tested and go from there..

the same thing happened to me, my little girl was 2 and I was still leaking milk also. Mine was attributed to a small growth on my pituitary gland called a Pituitary Adeoma. Don't worry its not serious, relatively common. It can be taken care of with medication. Not permanent meds. Just however long it takes to bring down your Prolactin Levels (Prolactin is the hormone which produces milk). Check with your doctor, ask to have your Prolactin Levels checked. If they are high, he will send you for an MRI. It has been a minor inconvenience for me, and for most people I have read up on or encountered with the same thing. Take care and book your doctors appt. as soon as you can.

There is a type of thyroid disease called hyperthyroidisim and it can affect the milk glands somehow, From what I understand their is a gland in your brain next to the gland that produces milk and when you have this disease the thyroid glans enlarges and it puts pressure on this gland that causes you to produce milk. Anyway the best thing to do is get checked out their may be mediciane you need to be on to control this....Hope this helps

I had a similar problem...my breasts were tender, and they were leaking. I kinda panicked, as my husband & I were not in a position to be having more kids. When I went to the doctor, she told me to take vitamin B. After about a week of extra B supplements, the problem went away completely.
I highly recommend checking in with your doctor, just to be sure.
