You must have a great metabolism. I'd lift weights to put on some muscle. Increase your protein intake if you start lifting. That's about all you can do.

Everyone is different, but we assume what works for one will work for others too! According to Ayurveda, whether you'll gain weight or not depends more on your body type rather than what you eat. Isn't it true? Some people gain weight even without eating much while some people eat everything and still don't gain weight!
Read the book "Perfect Health" by Deepak Chopra. It contains all details about the various body types and which techniques will work for whom. First understand your body type and then act accordingly.

Eat and drink right before you go to sleep, milkshakes made with whole milk. Eat as often as you can, lots of bread and protein. If you get full easily, put the food away and come back to it 20-30 minutes later.
