25 pounds in 30 days wont happen. It took me months to get down 25+ pounds. You just have to make changes in the way you eat and exercise. I still eat all my favorites. Instead of taking say 3 pieces of pizza, I take 2. When I go to the store, I park a little father away and get in some extra walking that I normally wouldn't. Even small changes like that make a huge difference in the long run and I'm already down 2 pants sizes since I started (and still enjoy all my old favorites) :) good luck .. don't try pills, you gain the weight back after you stop them

diet pills are the wrong way to go. you'll gain it back every time since it's an unnatural way to lose weight.

the body gains weight from having more calories taken in (eating) than the calories expended (exercise). There's not much more to it than that. So if you want to be sedentary and not work out, you have to consume a lot less food to avoid weight gain. Which is why it makes sense to have some sort of activity in your life regardless.

Try talking with a nutritionist who can help you eat properly based on your weight loss goals and your life style since stress at work is a major factor in weight gain too. And set aside some time 3 or 4 days per week to work out or dance or walk or play a sport or do activities like yoga or pilates. Talk to a personal trainer at the gym. Try Weight Watchers.

Good luck!

If you are serious about losing weight, the calories
in the food you eat should be less than the
energy you use. You will have to increase your
metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will
lose weight faster. More details available at

Personally, I don't believe in pills, and probably never will. Anything that can BURN fat off of you, isn't really a good thing.

To combat the ten hours of sitting in your seat, try the following exercises next time: http://exercise.about.com/cs/exerciseworkouts/l/blofficeworkout.htm

and I'd also suggest for you to buy a huge stability ball to sit on, instead of a desk, which will FORCE you to work out all the time, as you sit straight and use your core and legs to keep stable.

And of course you'll gain weight if you stop working out, that's your body's way of making up the calories you've burned off. Next time, do lots of cardio to burn off calories, drink PLENTY of water, and eat healthy food, in small portions.

u cannot possible lose 25lbs in 30 days.
dont go for diet pills. they are only temporary, once u stop takeing them, u'll go back to your old habits and gain weight.
u said u gain weight when u stop exersising? dont stop, get it in when possible. be reasonable.
try pickin up a copu of fitness RX for women, its a great magainse with all sorts of tips, the covers look a little x-rated, but i have a stash of them, they'll help u through any plateau.
