She has been having this problem for the last week, should I be concerned?

Any changes in her life (new daycare, preschool, new kids at these places) will influence her in some way.
There may be something there triggering this relapse...

My Son is potty trained (3 1/2) and for about two weeks he had a complete relapse for no apparent reason. I just made sure to not embarrass him or get upset about it... I just kept reminding him that he was a big boy and needed to use his potty. Not a problem since!

Good Luck!

Does she have diarrhea? If so, she just might not be able to make it to the restroom in time. If not, has she had anything traumatic happen recently? You might want to talk to her about it without getting angry. I know this is an annoyance, but ther could be some kind of deep seeded problems going on inside her. Speak to her doctor before you do anything though. She may just be sick.

Could be psychological or physical.
Your daughter is too important to guess at the cause...
Take her to your pediatrician and talk to him/her about it. Together the two of you can rule things out and begin to figure out what the cause is.
Good Luck!
