Sounds like you got the best of both worlds!! I love curls, because they can always be straightened, and you get SO MUCH VOLUME!!! It 's simple to turn curly to straight... On the other hand, nearly impossible to get straight hair to naturally look curly. LUCKY GIRL!!!!! Learn to love your hair and go with the mood of that day... the outfit... the weather....

Well, I have really curly hair, too. I used to be obsessed with straightening it, like every week for 2 days it would be straight. But everyone told me that it looks good curly, so I got frustrated. I really wanted straight hair!! Then I realized that my curls DO look better then the straight when I put some effort and time into them.
The thing is, I gave up on straightening. I straighten my hair like once a month for a couple of days. That's is. You have to learn to work with your curls and try different products that work the best.
I say try doing the curly thing.

Once again, somebody proves that old saying, that women with curly hair want it straight, and the ones with straight hair want it curly. Different hair styles look good on different people. But try to be happy with the hair you have. Some girls may be jealous that you have curls. Be proud of that. I know I am proud with my hair, which is curly/wavy and partly straight when it's brushed a certain way. Also, remember that straightening your hair damages it! That may not be totally worth it. See what you like, and have fun with it!

I have naturally curly hair. They aren't tight curls but long spiral curls. I have worn it wavy and I straightened it every day for a long time. I have finally embraced my curls and go with it. Everyone seems to like it much better when it's curly then when it's straight.

Curls, I've had curly hair my whole life, and when I was younger I always wanted it straight. But as I got older the more I realized I love my curly hair and it looks sexy. Everyone always reminded me that people pay quite a bit of money to get these kinds of curls. Keep your curls!!

Most Professionals like straight hair for ease of care, But I personally have slightly curly/wavy hair, and it doesn't affect anything really. It feels better bouncing than just hanging like string..

both!!! mix it up, some days go curly, some go straight, that way your always lookin different. may hair is naturally stright and will not hold a curl, so personally i think curly hair is gorgouse, and on the other hand staight is a classic look.
so both!
