Roman isn't a religion. Romans live in Rome, Italy.

One of the most fundamental differences between Christians and Jews is that Christians believe that Jesus was/is the messiah, and Jews believe that the messiah has not come yet. Therefore, Christians believe the New Testament portion of the Bible to be part of "God's Word" and Jews do not.

Do you mean Romans or Roman Catholics?

Christians
1 Believe Jesus is the Messiah
2 Believe in the inspiration of both the Old and New Testaments
3 Are trinitarian (God eternally exists in three persons)
4 Believe that salvation is by faith in the work of Christ on the cross

Jews
1 Monotheistic
2 Believe only in the Old Testament
3 Do not believe that Jesus is the messiah (or God for that matter)
4 Believe that salvation is through faith in God (Adonai), not in Christ

Roman Catholics
1 Grace is adminstered through the church
2 The pope is the replacement of Christ on earth
3 The believe that Mary's conception was miraculous, just like that of Jesus, thereby elevating Mary extremely.
4 Have a system of faith+works, not faith alone

Roman (ancient Rome)
1 Worshipped multiple gods including the emperor
2 Tolerated a variety of religions within the empire as long as there was no political conflict caused by them.
3 Occasionally persecuted the Christians and the Jews
4 Made Christianity the official Religion of the empire in 323

Christianity is divided into several branches. The Roman Catholics (which I assume you ean by "Romans") and the Orthodox churches divided from each other in 1054 AD. The Protestant churches split off from the Roman Catholics about 1517 AD. Besides these, there the Mar Thoma of india, the Copts of Egypt and many relatively modern manifestations of Christianity. Among the differences of importance between all of these are the nature of the worship services, mode of baptism, the place the Bible has in doctrine and belief, and the meaning of the Lord's supper (also calles the Eucharist, Communion, etc.).
Jews are a people who trace their racial heritabe to the Biblical person of Abraham (about 2000 BC). There is also a religious aspect to being a Jew, and various branches of their religious heritage, form very strict adheence to the Scriptures to a thin veneer of cultutal identity. This is a very biref answer to your very big question--it could take a very long time to understand the differences. Bottom line, religious belief is very personal and very strongly held by many in eache of these groups. personally, i would recommend that you pick up a copy of the Bible and begin reading it. the "Old Testament" is the story of the Hebrews (or Jews), and the "New Testament" is about the Christian religion, centering on the person and work of Jesus, who claimed to be GOD HIMSELF in the flesh. If that is true (and I believe it is), the topic you raised is well worth the work to discover.
