I have this red "mustache" above my upper lips and it's cracked and it hurts really bad. I've tried Chapsticks but they don't help much. Is there anything I can do or will it just go away on its own?

Hydrate them, with some lip balm. The best thing to do is prevent the wind burn all together.

Burt's Bees Lip Balm -- I've never found anything better.
