Okay, I like this one guy at our school and I want to find out if he likes me- We are great friends and we joke around with eachother like pushing eachothers chairs, punching eachother(jokingly) and he tickles me, but He tells me that he likes some one else. Does he like me, is he playing hard to get? Or does he like her?

I agree with Jason, but I have to add this: You are the one that has the best chances of becoming his best girlfriend, and when that happens, and he comes crying to you about the girl 'he likes' and how she destroyed him, you'll be there ready to take him ;)

Men always like the 'mysterious, inaccessible' girl, but they confide and trust their gurl buddies. Just remember to stay girly, ie don't start belching, and don't be *too* available.
Good luck!

Both.....it is possible for a guy to like both you and her. However if you have been friends for some time he may not see you as someone he could date. He likes you as a friend no doubt but has not seen you any other way.

While he is going with the other girl there is nothing that says you could not try to move in. Girls do it all the time. But you have to show him a different side of you. One that likes him for a bit more than just a friend to punch around.

Be careful how you do that however. If you come on too strong you may scare him away.

DONT go down the road with the i like a very good guy friend. Like uggh trust me, i did that this year and EVEN though he liked me last year and still could things got SO akward. and i'm like still trying to make things unakward again. Its like so sad.
And the thing is we werent shy around each other we were both VERY flirty and outgoing people and idk what happened, but i made that mistake and i've learned from it.

Ok considering that you two are very good friends i think he would tell you the truth only because thats what good friends do. Now if he is like the guy i'm having trouble with when he did like me he just said no i dont like anyone and finally he spilled.

So i doubt he would be playing hard to get if you guys were good friends.

Good luck tho =]

I wouldn't have the beginnings of a clue whom he "likes" The only thing goes through my mind is that he's an immature young goofball who seems to like pushing, punching and tickling girls who are fool enough to tolerate that behaviour. In my opinion he hasn't got any real feelings for either one of you, or anybody else. He's too busy enjoying himself and his goofy behaviour.
