Why doe's he were gloves all the time when he was alive???

Seen his picture before or meet him in person can he really see your sins without asking you about it??

He wore gloves because he would recieve the wounds of the crucifixion (stigmata). There is a picture showing his hand on the second link.

There were many in the church who believed St. Pio was false. He was persecuted by his own people. So the bishops made him wear gloves to cover his stigmata. He was only allowed to remove the gloves when he said mass. They also only let him say mass at 6:30 am because they thought no one would come.
He was later vindicated, justified and is now a saint!
Yes, he had the ability to read souls. I never met him myself. But my friend's mother did.
