Haute Couture (Fashion)
and
Haute Cuisine (this includes restaurants, patissiers, chocolatiers, traiteurs...and anything that has to do with good food)
If you want to see fashion, go window shopping on the Rue Saint Honoré.
If you want to find haute cuisine... (and can afford it) go to La Tour d'Argent, Maxim's or the Restaurant in the Hotel George V....
Otherwise walk down any street in Paris and "follow your nose" !!
