I trim my hair each full moon, and use a great conditioner. You also need to brush your hair through at least 4 times a day, or, as much as possible.
Remember to not 'cut' your hair, just a trim. And you need to trim off less than it would grow in that month. Also depending on your climate, (ie, if it's windy) determine how to wear your hair so it sustains the least damage.

I've been having problems growing my hair long too, it seems to always stay the same short length..but about 2 months ago i put two tracks, extensions braided into my hair and then i took 'em out last week and my hair grew sooo much cuz like i left it alone! that's my advice, also going to the shop to get your hair done consistently works TRIM THE ENDS LIKE EVERY MONTH!

what i do is have my hair trimmed every month or so by cutting off the dead ends the hair can grow and it helps if you have straight hair, curly hair is hard to grow long but good luck!!!!

keep the ends trimmed. My grandmother used to tell us for women to clip their ends on a full moon... it would help your hair grow llonger.
