Ibprofen is a type of asprin, which can cause bleeding in pregnancy. It also can cause birth defects. All medications are rated by the FDA, and if they are not reated by the FDA, then dont risk it. I'm really not sure about the Childrens Tylenol, I would assume it is ok, but the dosage would be inncorect for an adult. I would strongly suggest that you try to relax and wait until you can get Tylenol. I have also read that Tylenol should be taken with caution. It is rated a level B medicine, a level A is safe to use in pregnancy. A level B is pretty much " they think it is ok to take, I mean nothing bad has happened yet right?" type of medicine. Just really ask yourself if it is worth it to you.
I have been diagnosed with Migraines, and the ER doc gave me Vicadin to take. He said that it would cross the placenta to my baby and it is a narcotic, but it is level B. I havent taken one yet, I dont want to risk it. A lot of people in my family are allergic to Codine, so I took that in to consideration. They gave me two doses of some kind of injectable medicine at the hospital and it didnt even touch it, so I doubt that the Vicadin would help anyway. Listen to your DR, they dont know everything, but they know more than you or me, and most everyone on here. =]

I believe you can not take ibuprofen. Tylenol is the only safe one during pregnancy.
