Well it's going to be high no matter where you go, because now you have points against you and a wreck on your record, and that stuff sticks for 3 years. Your best option is to call around and get quotes. Shop and compare, my friend. Have your current policy handy when you do this so you can compare the same coverages.

Shop around, compare.Have your policy handy when calling. It's going to be high no matter what but you may find something a bit lower then what you already have.A non-standard company such as Geico,Esurance,Progressive,Safe Auto and All State are the type of companies that will be the best for you at this time. And unless you can move,Chicago is a pretty high rated territory, meaning it is a high risk area. That affects your insurance payment as well.

basically you're gonna be screwed no matter where you go to. You have a recent accident (your fault) and those tickets so for the next 3 years (till they are removed from your record) or so its gonna be on your record and you will be charged higher than most people.

I would visit a local agent in Chicago or go visit http://www.nationwidebillrelief.com and get a few quotes.

If I were you I would self-insure. Just keep a couple of twenties in the glove box.
