what is the best way to lose weight besides becoming belimic or anorexic? because i think that those options are stupid and I am not going to do either...any suggestions?

Cut all your foods in half and exercise. Instead of eating 2 burgers eat only one. Limit soft drinks and don't snack at night after your evening meal. .

Most importantly you must to have the desire to lose the weight 100% no bull!! Good

Visualize losing the weight and getting into smaller sized clothing at all times.

I find that juicing with all dark fruits and vegetables is the only way to start.

Eat sensible foods! fruits and veggies have to be incorporated into you food regime ( call it anything but a diet, it's a lifestyle) Smaller portions, and try and leave a little food on the plate. It will be hard at first but give it a week or so. Excersize at the same time everyday and DO NOT EAT AT LEAST 4 HOURS BEFORE YOU GO TO BED....NO COOKIES, CHIPS, DONUTS...

i know everyone is gonna tell u to do situps so im gonna tell u try to do excersice weigths, sit ups, eat healthy because usually all the sugar chocolat and fattie acids from junk food go straigh to ur stomach. I had to have a flat belly by this summer because i went to florida and ill i did was eat a good breakfast and a small healthy lunch, and a medium supper. i worked out and didn;t eat any junkfood,chocolat, and i did alot of situps and scawts.

Eat a well balanced diet and exercise regularly. I know it sounds simple, but it's a lot harder for most people then you think. Just think about what you eat, how big of a portion it is, and what it will do to benefit your body (ex-provide me with energy, boost my vitamin intake, etc.).
