Option 1. shave all hair. boil all the clothes/ bedclothes, spray insect killer in all the flat
If you don't like it, Option 2:
lice are insects. they have to breathe to live.
smear all body hair with butter or similar fat. wait for a couple of hours (they are tough little buggers) comb it out
Not finished yet.
Lice glue their eggs to the hair- usually seen as silvery streaks. Only way to get rid of it is soak the hair in vinegar (3 hours or so) then comb out with a special fine comb. A hot curling iron might do the trick, but remember ALL HAIR has to be treated, and there are places people don't feel all that comfy putting a hot curling iron into
Option 1 is way easier and more certain
Either way, be prepared to repeat all of the above in another 2-3 weeks. chances are all the family has them, also neighbours, dogs, cats, whatever.

Back in what you will probably call the olden days.. My mom used to wash are heads in deisel fuel when we got lice..not to nice smelling but it worked.. then go in and take a shower and wash all the nasty stuff out of your hair. be very careful doing this though.. don't want to become a humane torch..
good luck.. hope you will just use the over the counter stuff to get rid of them it is safer.

Put a few honey to your lips permit it dry for a couple of seconds. Without relocating your lips, practice a few Vaseline on most sensible of the lips. Leave the honey and Vaseline to your lips for 10-quarter-hour. Finally, dip a Q-tip dip in scorching water and use it to take away the honey and Vaseline in 2 strokes. Do this as soon as an afternoon for approximately two-five days to do away with chapped lips.

you can buy RID from a grocery store, but that can be harmful to your hair. if you dont want to use that then you can use mayonase or oil (olive, canola, what ever you have i dont think it matters) but you have to leave it in your hair for about 4 hours or the lice wont all die. also, if you use mayo or oil you have to wrap your hair in plastic wrap and leave it on for the whole time.

Tea tree oil rubbed into the scalp and use a good conditioner to comb through the eggs to remove them then shampoo the conditioner off and recondition after removing the unwanted visitors.
