Replace junk foods with healthier foods. Instead of eating chips, go for cheerios. Replace soda with water and a brownie with a fruity popsicle. Dieting doesn't have to be awful if you change minor things. For exercise, try taking up a new activity. Dancing is a personal favorite for me... swing dancing, ballet, or salsa - it's all a blast! You'll get a work out and have fun too! If dance isn't for you, you can try simple everyday things like taking the stairs instead of the elevator and walking instead of driving anywhere within a mile. Take your pet for a walk each day. The soup diet, doctors use for people who are going to have heart surgery, it works to all you eat is vegie soup 4 a week and drink water. But it all comes bak in the end. it's good if youve got like a wedding or sumfin that you wanna be thin 4. otherwise eat healthy and workout!

eat healthy but i know sometime that just to hard because either the rigth food is not available to you, excersice is a good way too, but sometimes you don;t have time, so i think u should balance it eat healthy and excersice. eat a ligth breakfast and lunch and a medium supper, and excerse everyday.
