I've already been ordained by the ULC. I've been an ordained minister for over a year! What an accomplished atheist I am!!

Depends on the state you'd be performing the marraige in. Some states recognize the ULC's ordinations without question; others require you to have a specified church and congregation that you're attached to. Best bet would be to check with the particular state first, to be on the safe side.

if that church is recognized by other states you will be able to perform marriages in other states, but you might need to apply to the states for that recognition, im not really sure.

not if you're talking about the pulc--they're legal in all 50 states
