I'm not trying to lose weight, but I used to be really active and I haven't been lately. Looking for creative ways to stay active and healthy.

Join a social dance class! Learn to salsa, foxtrot, or swing dance. It's a great way to meet people or to do with a partner if you know some one who is interested in learning :) Sometimes it's easier to stay fit when you don't realize you're exercising. If you'd prefer something solo, try modern dance, ballet, or a yoga class. These options can also increase your flexibility. Best of luck!

Yoga! It's relaxing, yet it really works your muscles. You'd be surprised! Many gyms have classes or you can find a yoga studio. You'll be amazed at how calm you feel afterwards. You don't have to be ultra-flexible to get started, just do what you can.

Volunteer shelving books at your local library, you'll do a lot of bending, stretching and lifting and maybe pick up a good book or two.
